11th September 2015 at The Venue, Knowsley
innovationXchange Knowsley was an event for individuals and organisations wanting to improve the health, wealth & wellbeing of the Liverpool City Region.
We explored the idea that incremental changes will not be enough to address the challenges facing health and social care provision in Knowsley, a bolder approach is needed to kick-start some new, innovative approaches.
innovationXchange was born out of an initiative in Liverpool called the iNnovation Network which started around 3 years ago. Kick-starting new thinking and inspiring new partnerships, this fresh approach has already seen impressive results.
We invited our friends from More than Minutes to make a record of all the brilliant conversations that took place, by turning our words into a work of art. You’ll find images of the minutes below, click on a poster to see it full size!
For some people attending our innovationXchange events, it can be difficult to know what to expect at an event that has no agenda! We try to capture how people are feeling by passing around a microphone and asking people to sum up in 1 word (okay, maybe 3) whatever is going on in their head right now. We do this again at the end of the day and using some computer wizardry we get these wonderful images so we can compare.

We always encourage people to use Social Media at innovationXchange events, so that those who couldn’t be there on the day can still get involved! You can take a read of some of our favourite twitter posts in our Storify, click here to read more!
Below you can find the videos of our guest speakers from the innovationXchange Knowsley event.
Finally, we would like to say a huge thank you to everybody who attended and supported innovationXchange Knowsley. Delivering a conference without an agenda simply wouldn’t work without amazing people who are willing to get involved. So-Mo will be running more innovationXchange events in Knowsley, Sefton and Liverpool in coming months, if you would like to be kept up to date with all the latest news and updates you can follow on twitter
